The 806.2 PT Trailer is a complete machine that to be used in combination with a large agricultural tractor.
Here we are using the standard version of our tried and tested 806.2 mobile chipper.
The trailer has been specially designed for the application and comes complete with transmission, hydraulics and a common control system for crane and chipper.
We have selected a suitable crane and support legs for the trailer.
A complete unit ready to be connected to a suitable tractor with ease.
Mobile Chipper 806.2 PT Trailer
Drum Chipper The drum chipper 806.2 is our latest developed chipper in the 800 series of mobile drum chipper. A chipper with aggressive infeed, closed drum for best chip quality, chip output by a chip accelerator and chip tube.
Trailer chassis
Special-purpose designed chassis “806 PT Trailer” type cart, with 2 pcs of 6 tons BPW 22.5″ dual axles with leaf suspension. Wheel equipment, 4 pieces 550/60 R-22,5″ TL166A8 Alliance 328. The trailer is equipped with Pneumatic brakes, robust fenders in steel and a big knife- and tool-box in the rear.
Power transmission
The trailer is equipped with complete transmission system for the chipper and hydraulics with a distribution gearbox powered from the tractors PTO. This system allowing the hydraulics to be used without the chipper rotating.
Hydraulic-system
The hydraulic system for the chipper is integrated into the trailer and the transmission system. It is a modern system with high quality components with variable pumps and proportional functions. To provide optimum chip output, the chip accelerator is equipped with an adjustable speed function. The machine is equipped with an hydraulic tank 240L and electric hydraulic oil cooler.
Electrical system
A new developed complete control system for chipper unit and crane. The system is built and designed with the latest technology in this area and consist of well-known and high quality components.
The system control and monitoring the chippers safety functions. It automatically control the infeed and chip outfeed for an optimal production.
In the tractor cabin, the controls, keypads, joystick and touch display are mounted. The speeds on crane, infeed and accelerator are easily adjustable in the display.
Crane
The standard crane on this machine is an Epsilon M70 F 101. This is a complete crane with a reach of 10.1 meters. It is equipped with Indexator G121 rotator, 4xLED Worklights.
The hydraulic valve is a Parker 9-section L90LS. We have a number of different grapples that can be used for this crane.
The crane are mounted on a crane foundation with support leg of A-type.
